Sport and the Media
“Americanisation” is not a good term to use, though I know what you mean. Sport and sponsorship is an area covered in some textbooks we have. See the books by Garry Whannel (ask me for them and photocopy relevant chapters).
You will need to think hard about SPECIFIC media texts you can use, and you’ll need to have copies of them, or else this will be too vague and unfocused.
I attach a past project for you to see how it’s been done. (Not a very good one though).
